The Question
Grown-ass man who wants to do adult stuff with a grown-ass woman: “Hey Frankie. How do I get laid at AdultHookup.com?”
Me: “AdultHookup.com? It’s a cinch. You just gotta act like a grown-up. You know, do adult things. Like what? Uhh, like balance your checkbook. Yeah. That’s a pretty adult thing to do. Balance your checkbook. And umm… watch the news. Totally adult. There you have it. Once you have your checkbook balanced, and you’ve finished watching the news, it’s official. You’re a bonafide adult. Now that it’s confirmed that you’re adult enough, you fucking don’t!”
Fuck it. You may as well throw a temper tantrum. Nobody is gonna be hooking up at AdultHookup.com.
But why, Frankie? What’s wrong with AdultHookup.com?
I think it’s safe to say that a dating site is really only as good as their member base.
If we take that as a true statement (which it is), it stands to reason that if a site has fake members, it’s probably a site that you want to stay away from.
To make matters worse, fake members begets fake profiles, which begets fake emails.
What’s all that got to do with AdultHookup? Well, guess what you’ll find there…
Fake members, fake profiles, and fake emails.
Tell me more, Frankie.
Sure!
The nonsense at the head of the bullshit parade today is the term, “Online Regents”!
But I want details!
You got ‘em!
If you only ever listen to one thing that I say, let it be this:
If you’re thinking about signing up to a dating/hookup site, read the terms and conditions first. Always, always, always.
Now, if you wanna keep reading, I’ll tell you why.
You always want to read the T&C first because it’s in the terms and conditions where you’ll find out whether or not the site can be trusted. Whether or not it’s running some kind of con.
For example…
If we take a look at Section 14 of AdultHookup’s terms and conditions we see the following:
14. ONLINE REGENTS: adulthookup.com UTILIZES VIRTUAL PROFILES THAT DO NOT CORRESPOND TO ACTUAL MEMBERS
That, my friends, is not what you wanna see on a site that you sign up to.
Neither is this:
14.2 An ONLINE REGENT may be a digital actor, an avatar or a synthespian (e.g. a computer generated “person” or “character”). ONLINE REGENTS may be employed by adulthookup.com or a third party to enhance Your online experience.
Or this, for that matter:
14.3 By consenting to and accepting these Terms, You acknowledge You fully understand, accept and agree to the ONLINE REGENTS service. You acknowledge that You understand that some of the profiles and Members displayed on them are not actual members of the site. ONLINE REGENTS are not associated with any other user of the site, but are sent to You in an effort to promote broader enjoyment, additional activity and fuller participation in all our Services.
See what I’m saying here?
If you don’t read the terms, you don’t see that garbage.
Now, go ahead and read the rest of the terms if you like. Of course there’s more blah on there. Those things are always loaded with legal mumbo-jumbo. That’s part of the tactic, by the way. Burying shit in a bunch of legal-speak in hopes that people won’t read it. The sad truth is, they know most people won’t. Which sucks.
I don’t believe you, Frankie!
Look, I get it. It can be tough to believe stuff you read online.
However…
In this case, there’s nothing to not believe. The words I’m passing on to you exist. I ain’t making this shit up.
If you still don’t wanna believe what I’m telling you, ain’t no thing but a chicken wing to me. See you when you get back from playing with the synthespians.
Synthespians… FFS.
So how the hell am I supposed to get laid?

AdultHookup.com? Nope. Scam.
KELLY says
This site is COMPLETE BULLSHIT! Not only what Frankie mentions about FAKE PROFILES, I also had several fraudulent charges forcing me to cancel my card. To add to my issues, my picture was never uploaded, the site constantly takes you to porn advertisements, fake profiles don’t want to hookup, they’d rather message you back and forth ultimately lengthing your membership and charges. I wish I read the terms more closely. DONT WASTE A SECOND OF YOUR TIME CONSIDERING THIS BULLSHIT WEBSITE
Frankie says
Hey Kelly. Fucking hell. That sucks that you had to deal with all that garbage.
I realize this doesn’t help you get your time/cash back, but I’m sure your comment here will help other people not get fucked over like you did. Thanks for chiming in. It’s appreciated.

I wanted to believe that these girls were real. I gave them plenty of chances, wondering why their answers didn’t add up. They can talk, yet they don’t go to the next step and call or meet. So the point is this: I thank you for clarifying just what’s going on here. I’m talking to robots, not girls. I had no idea that these sites are run so crooked like that.
Frankie says
Hey George.
Crooked is right. It’s crazy what these sites get away with.
Glad I was of some help to you. Thanks for chiming in. It’s appreciated.

Pretty much all the girls that i got in contact with where some kind of modal and they where asking for you to pay their mananger for there time so you could hook up with them. One girl told me where she was staying (with a cosiun), it was not even 5 minutes away. So i passed by the house and took note of the cars and other things, next time i talked to her i started to ask alot of questions. Guess what nothing added up.
And then there is the “oh do you have a daters ID or secirety clearnces” right before to go to meet up, “you can get one at my site” and you have to join up for 3 months of some crap like that. I got burnt once then i started to do the research. Should of done the research first but i was thinking with the wrong head.
Frankie says
Hey Terry.
Thanks for the words of warning. It’s appreciated.
